Some advice on overlapping files

This web site contains a number of files that, unavoidably, have overlapping contents.    When comparing Freud and Jung, for example, some of Jung's basic ideas from other files have to be included.   Then again, descriptions of some of the archetypes (the shadow and the anima/animus, for example) occur in files ranging from those on basic psychology to descriptions of Peter Shaffer's plays.   This is to be expected - Jungian theories are complex and numerous and they are relevant to almost every sphere of human knowledge, from theatre to psychotherapy, from descriptions of personality to Shakespeare.   In practice, you will probably find that some repetition of material reinforces your learning and helps you to see how widespread is the relevance and usefulness of Jungian theories.
